Dear Mavis,

It is very difficult to eliminate sound with frequency below 30 Hz as it it not attenuated by conventional foam rubbers or other similar materials..

best wishes

Dear Terry,
Thank you for your e mail, and the correction of the figures I read in literature produced in this country.  The more that I can find out, the better.  What are your opinions of Black Noise, and the way it affects people and the environment?  I personally do not mind the appearance of them so much, but if they are producing any kind of problems apart from the visual ones, then we should be informed.  I understand that producers of headphones try to cut down or eliminate this frequency?
Kindest regards,
Mavis

Dear Mavis,
Apropos our last email, wind turbines produce 20 Hz not 20 kHZ noise.... still very disturbing.
  best wishes
