Dear Mr Bliss,
I live in Sellindge, so you will know of all the things that are being considered here.
Some time ago, I wrote two separate e mails asking for some information, but neither were answered.
The first one concerned the erection of the wind turbines in Sellindge.  When I was looking at articles in scientific papers, it was said that these are under scrutiny as the emit black noise at a frequency of 20Hz, and that is thought to be harmful to the environment.  I know that manufacturers of headphones aim to eradicate noise at this frequency, and that some products that are made as deterrents to mice or rats in certain places.  Has this been taken into consideration.  I doubt whether the turbine manufacturers have made you aware of this.  There was a village, I believe in the West Country, where the local residents successfully blocked the construction of the wind turbines on the grounds I have stated.

My second letter asked if anyone can put a tree preservation order of trees growing on land they did not own.  I understand that this was done on trees rough;y at number 54 or 56 Swan Lane.  The order was applied for by someone who lived in    a house on the opposite side of the road, and by people who did not own the land upon which the trees were growing.

I would very much appreciate an answer to my questions, as past attempts to get a response were unforthcoming.
Kindest regards,
Mavis Turton
