The KCC planning website is now showing and giving access to a lot of the documents and drawings that led to the approval, as well as the information originally held on the UK planning website.

Then from their home page follow these actions to go from one screen to the next::
In the left column, click on:
1) 'Environment and Planning'
2) 'Planning in Kent'
3) 'Planning Applications'
4) 'View Planning Applications'
In the middle column:, click on
5) 'Search planning applications'
You have now arrived at the screen to search applications.
Just type 'Otterpool' in after the % sign in the third box down, click search and as if by magic the page will appear with all the detail.
Click on the Documents tab and all the documents will beshown. Double click on any item to have a look.
