Planning Application for Wind farm - 80 metres high monitoring masts

Recently, in the local papers, a Planning Application was published for two 80 metres (the paper corrected the 80 foot to 80 metres) high monitoring masts to be erected to conduct the 'suitability tests' for the Wind farm. Any objections need to be submitted by 5th May. A direct link to the Planning Application on Shepway's website is at the top of 'Section 3 - Wind farms' in the right-hand column. Any comments need to be submitted within 21 days of the application (I think that means by tomorrow 5th May?)
