Revised Planning Application for 1 Swan Lane from 1 Dwelling to 4 - Comments by 16th November 2012


Amended/additional plans have now been received in respect of the Planning Application Y12/0293/SH for 1 Swan Lane, Sellindge.

The main alterations to the original plans are as follows:

 1.   Reduction in number of houses to 4.

 2.   Original buildings on site will now be demolished and replaced with new.

 3.   Increase in parking to 9 spaces.

 4.   Greater separation distance from 1 Downs Way.

 5.   Changes to design.
