GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS 2015.

Dear Residents,

Dozens of residents have been contacting us since the snap election decision today by the Prime Minister to ask how other political parties polled in the last general election.

Our position as an apolitical group is clear: We provide clear, succinct information for all to see. We comment only on a representatives track record in public office.

COLLINS Damian Noel Thomas - The Conservative Party Candidate - 26323 Elected

YEO Harriet Bronwen - UK Independence Party (UKIP) - 12526

JEFFREY Claire Emma- Labour Party - 7939

BEAUMONT Lynne Elizabeth - Liberal Democrats - 4882

WHYBROW Martin Edward - The Green Party - 2956

CRUSE Seth - Trade Unionists and Socialists Against Cuts - 244

KAPUR Rohen - Young People`s Party UK - 72

THOMAS EMANS Andrew Brian - The Socialist Party of Great Britain - 68

Damian Collins, along with the Conservatives in Shepway District Council, is a very strong supporter of the development of the proposed 12,000 dwelling New town, Princes Parade and the construction of the Lorry Park at Stanford West. He does not represent the views of local residents.

Our information sources tell us that Ms Yeo will not be standing as a candidate in the General election on June 8th. We expect an announcement on a UKIP candidate very soon.

Claire Jeffrey has now defected to the Conservatives at Shepway District Council. .

Martin Whybrow is an excellent County Councillor and strongly supports residents on District and County issues.

More information will be posted as we receive it.

PLEASE DON'T CONFUSE THIS GENERAL ELECTION ON THE 8TH JUNE WITH THE COUNTY ELECTION TAKING PLACE ON THE 4TH MAY.
