Somerfield Court Wind Turbine Appeal

Shepway District Council sent a letter out containing the following main points:

If you made representations on the original proposal, these will be forwarded to the inspectorate and the Appellant along with the Council's statement, unless they were submitted in confidence, and will be taken into account by the inspector when determining the appeal.

The Planning Inspectorate will not acknowledge your letter unless you specifically ask them to do so. They will, however, ensure that your letter is passed on to the Inspector dealing with the appeal. Please ensure any representations which you make on this appeal are received by the planning Inspectorate by 4th March 2013 otherwise there is a risk that your representations will not be considered.
The Planning Inspectorate will send you a copy of the decision letter to you provided you specifically ask for one.

Application for an alternative to proposed junction 10A, including slip road linking A2070 to A20
In the lower part of the article it states
"Alongside the submission, a separate application has been submitted for an alternative to the proposed junction 10A, which includes a slip road linking the A2070 to the M20. The scheme includes a new 40mph two-way single carriageway approximately 1.1km in length connecting the A20 to the across a new bridge over the M20. There will also be slip roads to the M20 for Folkestone but not London. The public exhibition takes place at the Mountbatten Hall, Church Road, Mersham from 6pm on December 5th."
